Some ice creams can consist of up to 90% air, not ours. The higher density of our gelato means it's not as soft straight out the freezer but results in a more intense flavour with patience.
It took us almost a year to develop our first vegan Little Moons but we felt strongly that it needed to be just as indulgent as the rest of our range. We sourced our chocolate from Belgium selecting it for its inimitably rich and indulgent flavour and it is the smoothness of the Belgian chocolate that lends the ice cream its delightfully creamy feel. These dairy-free mochi pack a seriously chocolatey hit and have already been awarded a Great Taste Award.
